Just a week back from a month-long adventure exploring the culinary treasures of Peru, Argentina and Uruguay, Chef Rick Hackett's menu this month promises to be inspired. Come and share the culinary discoveries of his South American sojourn while enjoying delicious South American wines from Copa Fina. We'll be pouring wines from Edgardo Stallocca and Siete Fincas from Mendoza, Viamonte wines from Mendoza, and Lafken from Chile. As always, you can expect to enjoy a 5-course family-style dinner, but this month you can bet he'll throw in some amazing stories as well. The evening begins with a Pisco cocktail, a perfect way to introduce your palate to the South American flavors of the dinner to follow.

Join us for a very special evening featuring a five-course family-style Brazilian dinner created to perfectly compliment the incredible wines from Portuguese winery, Monte Cascas. The evening serves as California's first public tasting of Monte Cascas and introduces winemaker Helder Cunha, who will speak about the wines throughout the evening.
Monte Cascas winemakers Frederico Gomes and Helder Cunha explored Portugal's vast winegrowing regions to find vineyards that best represent each of these areas. Using only the best grapes, Monte Cascas produces wines from the highest certified winegrowing regions of Portugal, including the Alentejo, Colares, Douro and Vinho Verde areas.
